WIP of my current project, DR ZOIDBERG!

I shouldve added some kind of shader to the eyes but I really just wanted to see how the skin would turn out.

If anyone can provide me with decent front/side pics of zoidberg for image planes it would be very much appreciated I've tried a few times and I just cant get it right, his body is causing me so much stress... but good practice for organic modelling

The newer version has a tweaked overall headshape, more meat between his eyes and tentacles and an opening for a mouth underneath there. I'll post some wires and stuff when I get the time

Yeh this was more of a test to see the kind of results I could get, where it was all heading, hopefully the final will look more like a lobster shell and less sculpted :)

Modelled in Maya, rendered using Mental Ray with Final Gather and an HDRi. This was just a test to see how the shininess would look hehe thanks
